Getting to the Race Start

The race kicks off at the stunning Ayder Plateau, a breathtaking destination in the Kaçkar Mountains.
Getting There: The most convenient way to reach Ayder is by flying into one of two airports:

• Rize-Artvin Airport (RZV) – The closest airport to the race start.

• Trabzon Airport (TZX) – A popular alternative with more frequent flight options.

Both airports are just one direct flight from Istanbul, making it easy to travel from international locations. Once you land, local travel agencies offer transfer services to Ayder and other nearby towns.
