REGISTRATION
Before starting the registration process, please check you have a MyUTMB account and your race results are linked to your page. Find out here all the info to set up your account.
A 48h registration priority window is given to the owners of a valid UTMB Index. Runners without a valid UTMB Index may wait for 2 days before entering the registration process. For more information, please check all the benefits here.
If the registration process continues to loop, please change your device and browser. We advise you to use a computer and the Chrome browser. If your payment has been refused, please try again later, try with another credit card or contact your bank.
If you have registered, but have not received a confirmation email, first check with your bank to see if you have been charged the registration amount. If you have not been charged, please try registering again. If you have been charged, please check your Spam folder or contact us via our contact form here in case you haven't received any email in your Spam.
Registration will be open until all places have been filled. There is no waiting list or re-opening of registration.
You can cancel your registration at any time via your runner's account. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee in accordance with the insurance terms and conditions HERE.
BEFORE THE RACE

In Turkey, there is no mandatory individual insurance that covers search and rescue costs. However, some private insurance companies may offer such coverage. For high-risk outdoor activities like mountaineering or trekking, if no insurance policy is in place and a search and rescue operation is required, the costs might be covered by the state or passed on to the participants. However, it is strongly recommended that individuals obtain personal insurance, especially when participating in international events.

Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's account HERE
If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions here.
According to Turkish law, we need a medical report or official athletics licence to verify your registration. You can find all the information about that here

DURING THE RACE
A shuttle service will be available for runners, to help them move around in a more eco-responsible manner. The full shuttle plan for the event will be unveiled a few months before the event, and you will be notified of the opening of reservations by email.

After the race
Kaçkar 100K: 3 Running stones
Kaçkar 50K: 2 Running stones
