Registration Conditions
Registration opening dates for Kaçkar by UTMB 2026 for the runners with a valid UTMB index and the general public will be announced on November 19, 2025.
At the end of this period, registrations will be open to runners with or without a valid UTMB index until the races are sold out. There will be no waiting list.

Kaçkar 100K, Kaçkar 50K, Kaçkar 20K: Anyone born in 2008 or before (18 years old as of 12 September, 2026)

We have a dynamic pricing policy. That means that the prices increase as the number of bibs available for each tier sells out.

You can cancel your registration at any time through your personal account.
The Flexibility Fee (€20) is an optional add-on you can purchase only during registration. If you do not purchase it, no refunds of any kind will be available.
With the Flexibility Fee, you may cancel your race entry directly through your MyUTMB account and receive:

Refunds apply only to the race registration fee. The Flexibility Fee itself (€20) and the 8% service fee are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be completed by the participant through their MyUTMB dashboard. Once cancelled, the registration cannot be reinstated.
All services listed below are included in the registration fee:
- Race Bib
- Time recording
- Gifts to participants
- Access to aid stations
- Transport of the drop bag for Kaçkar 100K
- Medical assistance
- After race services (shower, rest room, massage, meal)
Only acceptable languages are English, Turkish and Russian. Others languages will be rejected.
Failure to provide the medical certificate by due date will lead to the annulment of registration without refund.
Checking medical certificates takes a few days.
Medical certificate must include "Athletics sports".
This certificate must be valid on the race date and throughout the event.
Medical certificate must be issued maximum 1 year before the race date.
In Türkiye, there is no mandatory individual insurance that covers search and rescue costs. However, some private insurance companies may offer such coverage. For high-risk outdoor activities like mountaineering or trekking, if no insurance policy is in place and a search and rescue operation is required, the costs might be covered by the state or passed on to the participants. However, it is strongly recommended that individuals obtain personal insurance, especially when participating in international events.

Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around.
To another runner:
Registration is personal and non-transferable. It will not be refunded for any reason, unless otherwise stated in the regulations.
To another race of the same event:
Entries may be transferred to another race with additional charge, not later than 1 month before the race (August 21, 2025). If you wish to transfer your registration to a longer race, your category change will be effective once the payment of the price difference is made.
The charge is calculated as follows:
100K to 50K or 20K - free of charge, no refund for the difference.
50K to 20K - free of charge, no refund for the difference.
20K to 50K or 100K - additional charge of the price difference.
50K to 100K- additional charge of the price difference.
Transfers will be possible only if the new race is not sold out, no transfers will be accepted when the race is sold out.

There no option to transfer the registration to another event or to a future edition of the event.
In the case of the cancellation of a race, for any reason whatsoever, decided more than 15 days before the departure date, a partial refund of the registration fees will be made. The amount of this refund will be determined in such a way as to enable the organisation to cover all the non-recoverable expenses incurred as of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation decided less than 15 days before departure or in the event of interruption of the race, for any reason whatsoever, no registration refund will be made.
Elite runners can gain a free entry to the UTMB World Series Events and UTMB World Series Majors* which is determined by their UTMB Index within the chosen race category.
