MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

All athletes must provide a medical certificate in compliance with Turkish regulations or complete the form available HERE , have it signed and stamped by a doctor and upload it to their personal profile HERE before September 1st, 2026.

• The medical certificate is only accepted in English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian. Certificates in other languages must be translated into one of these.
• The certificate must include the phrase "Athletics sport" and remain valid on race day and throughout the event.
• The certificate must be issued no more than one year before the race date.
• Failure to submit the medical certificate on time will result in cancellation of registration with no refund.
• The verification process for medical certificates may take a few days.

A medical certificate is not required for participation in Ayder 4K. By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit and participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
