REGISTRATION FOR 2026

All services listed below are included in the registration fee:

• Race Bib
• Athlete tracking via LiveTrail
• Participant gift
• Access to aid stations
• Drop bags and transport of the drop bags to lifebase for 100K
• Medical assistance*
• After race services (rest room, massage, meal)
• GPS Tracker (for Kaçkar 50K & 100K)**

*Make sure to have your own medical and travel insurance that covers racing accidents. While the organization covers any costs directly related to medical treatment on the course, any further treatment must be covered by the participant and/or their insurance. Medical insurance is not obligatory but strongly recommended!

**Last year’s GPS tracker was complimentary. This year, it’s included in your registration fee.

1. Choose which race you want to take part in.
2. Create your MyUTMB account and ensure your profile is complete. You will need to do this before you can register for your chosen race.
3. Click on the register now button. If you are already signed into your MyUTMB account, you will be directed to the registration page. If you are not signed in, you will be directed to MyUTMB to sign in.
4. Complete the required personal registration information.
5. Proceed to payment.
6. Check your email for the confirmation letter.

The Flexibility Fee (€20) is an optional add-on you can purchase only during registration. If you do not purchase it, no refunds of any kind will be available.

With the Flexibility Fee, you may cancel your race entry directly through your MyUTMB account and receive:

100% refund - for cancellations made before 11 June 2026

70% refund - for cancellations made between 12 June and 11 August 2026

No refund - for cancellations after 12 August 2026

Refunds apply only to the race registration fee. The Flexibility Fee itself (€20) and the 8% service fee are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be completed by the participant through their MyUTMB dashboard. Once cancelled, the registration cannot be reinstated. You will need to register again.

Kaçkar by UTMB is the only UTMB World Series event in Türkiye. We bring the world-class organization to the wild and untouched Kaçkar Mountains.

Upon completion of the race you will:

Earn Running Stones An entry into the lottery to participate in the UTMB World Series Finals

Gain UTMB Index Points A performance level for trail runners globally, based on their results, giving you access to Priority Registration and lottery for the UTMB World Series Finals.

Qualify for the World Series Finals Direct Entry Kaçkar by UTMB directly qualifies the top 3 male and top 3 female runners in 50K and 100K for UTMB Worlds Series Finals OCC and CCC.

• Runners must be at least 18 years old to participate in Kaçkar 100K, 50K, and 20K.
• Online Registration Closes: Monday, Aug 31, 2026, at 23:59 Turkish Time or earlier when the slots are sold out.
• Onsite registrations in Ultra-Trail Village will happen upon availability based on first come - first serve.
• You can change your course depending on availability. Please reach out via email to request course change.
• All athletes must provide a medical certificate, have it signed and stamped by a doctor and upload it to their personal MyUTMB profile before September 1st, 2026. Learn more.
• Registration is personal and non-transferable. Registration is subject to partial or full refund only with the Flexibility Fee purchased with the race slot.
• If you cancelled or changed your 100K participation in 2025 after the course cancellation announcement, your discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please use the same email as you used for the 2025 registration.
